THE EMAIL GROWTH SHOW EPISODE 226
Before we even get into strategy, funnels, or visibility, I want to talk about something far more uncomfortable.
Loyalty.
Not the kind we praise publicly. The quiet kind. The kind that keeps women in rooms they’ve already outgrown, convincing themselves they should stay because leaving would feel wrong.
If you have ever thought, “I know this isn’t working anymore, but I already committed,” this conversation is for you.
Because here is the truth most of this industry avoids saying out loud:
Your loyalty belongs to your future self, not to your coach.
And staying in a container that stopped serving you months ago is not integrity. It is fear dressed up as responsibility.
TL:DR
What you’ll learn in this episode:
– The difference between loyalty and self-abandonment
– Why women stay in containers long after the growth stops
– How the sunken cost fallacy keeps you stuck
– Signs you’ve outgrown a coach, room, or program
– How to choose support aligned with your next-level self
If this episode has landed hard, take that seriously.
If you can feel that you have outgrown your current support, or you know your next level requires clearer strategy and stronger positioning, the Empire Expansion Event is where this conversation becomes practical.
This is not about blowing up your business or making emotional decisions.
It is about clarity, direction, and choosing the environment that actually supports where you are going next.
If you want your next move to be intentional, not reactive, this is the room.

P.S. Loyalty to your future self requires honesty. Sometimes the bravest move is choosing a new room.
Over the past few months, I have heard the same sentence repeated in different ways.
“I want to work with you, but I’m already in another program.”
“My contract doesn’t end until March.”
“I feel bad leaving. I love my coach.”
“I should see it through.”
Every time someone says this, I feel it in my body. Because I have been that woman.
I have stayed in rooms longer than I should have. Not because the coach was bad. Not because the container was wrong. But because I did not want to be that client. The one who leaves early. The one who changes her mind. The one who looks flaky or disloyal.
So I stayed. Month after month. Call after call.
And my body knew long before my mind caught up.
I felt flat after sessions.
Confused instead of clarified.
Like I was shrinking my needs to fit the room instead of expanding into my next level.
That was the moment it clicked.
I was being more loyal to the container than to the woman I was becoming.
Women are taught to keep commitments at all costs.
Finish what you start.
Do not question the expert.
Do not disappoint anyone.
Be grateful. Be easy. Be loyal.
All of that sounds virtuous, until it becomes self-abandonment.
Staying in support that no longer supports you is not loyalty. It is sacrifice.
And empire-building women do not grow by sacrificing themselves to old decisions.
This is the part most people avoid naming.
“I’ve already invested so much.”
“Leaving now would make it a waste.”
“I should get every last drop out of this.”
Here is the hard truth.
The moment you realise a container no longer serves you, staying becomes the waste.
The money is already spent.
The decision now is about direction, not justification.
Staying does not honour your future. It protects your pride.
And I see women stay out of guilt far more often than they stay out of growth.
Coaching is a business relationship, not a marriage. You are not cheating on anyone by choosing a room that supports your next level.
You are allowed to outgrow people. Even good people.
Sometimes the coach is lovely.
Sometimes the community is kind.
Sometimes the container was exactly what you needed.
For a season.
But seasons shift.
You can outgrow a methodology.
You can outgrow a pace.
You can outgrow a philosophy.
You can outgrow a room.
That is not betrayal. That is graduation.
And graduation is not disrespectful. It is evolution.
Your nervous system usually knows before your mind is ready to admit it.
Ask yourself honestly:
How do you feel when you get off calls?
Flat or expanded?
Activated or confused?
Are you hearing the same advice on repeat?
Does it feel generic or disconnected from your actual business?
Do you feel safe asking for support?
Are you making visible progress?
Are you shrinking to fit the room instead of rising to lead it?
Are you more excited by other conversations, other mentors, other directions?
If you are waiting it out instead of being activated, you are not growing. You are maintaining.
And maintenance is not why you invested.
Picture the version of you stepping into 2026.
She has a self-sustaining email list.
Spacious visibility.
Recurring revenue.
Clear messaging.
Simple, strategic growth.
That woman does not stay in rooms out of obligation.
She chooses environments that expand her.
She is not loyal to past decisions. She is loyal to her direction.
When something stops supporting her trajectory, she pivots. Not out of disrespect, but out of self-respect
If this episode is hitting you in the gut, take it as a check-in.
Ask yourself:
Am I staying because this is aligned, or because leaving feels uncomfortable?
Am I honouring my expansion, or my guilt?
Your next level does not come from loyalty to the past.
It comes from courage in the present.
When I created Empress, I built it intentionally differently.
Not a passive mastermind.
Not a place where you disappear quietly.
Not a space where you hope your question gets picked.
It is co-creative, strategic, personalised, and intimate. Real progress. Real support. Real momentum.
Women do not join because they need another coach. They join because they need a partner. A strategist. Someone who can name the gaps clearly and walk with them.
Because the wrong room keeps you stagnant.
The right room can change everything.
If you are unsure whether your current support still fits, clarity comes first.
The Empire Expansion Event is designed to help you step back, look at the full picture, and get honest about what is actually going to move your business forward next.
It is not about leaving rooms impulsively.
It is not about chasing the next shiny thing.
It is about choosing your next move intentionally, with strategy, support, and space to think clearly.
